by Team Devotion October 13, 2023 2 scoops Devotion Sinful Cinnamon flavor protein powder 1 whole egg 1 C unsweetened applesauce 1 C zucchini, grated 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon pinch of sea salt Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl until well combined.  Spray a mini loaf pan with nonstick spray and bake at 350 for approximately 20-30 minutes.  Do not over bake.  Cooking times may vary slightly depending on oven.   Yields 2 mini loafs (3x5 pan).
