USAGE GUIDE
Take the Project:Blackout Pre-Workout 30 minutes before your workout. Start with a ½ scoop to assess tolerance.
BCAA + EAA’s should be used throughout the day for recovery and prevent muscle loss. We suggest taking 1 scoop of BCAA’s during or after your lift.
