KLA 300 Resistance Bands are sold as a pair and are 41" long, 4.55mm thick, 1 3/4" wide, and made of 15 layers of latex.
KLA 300 (Green Band) will provide approximately 200 lbs. of resistance at the top of the bench press and approximately 140 lbs. at the top of a squat.
The KLA 300 can be used in a variety of additional exercises including:
